Lionel Messi Is Happy As His Team Wins Against SpainArgentina striker Lionel Messi is delighted as his team scored a fantastic 4-1 victory over World Cup winners Spain in Buenos Aires on Tuesday.

Lionel Messi scored the opening goal for Argentina. Gonzalo Higuain scored the second one and Carlos Tevez scored the third. The score board read 3-0 at the half time. Fernando Llorente scored the only goal for Spain. Kun Aguero scored the final goal for the winning team.

Messi said, “The truth is that beating the world champion makes you happy. We suffered a lot of bitterness and to reconnect with the fans in this game was very nice. I’m happy for our victory.”

The player was very satisfied with the performance of his team and now wants to concentrate on future.

He remarked, “There wasn’t much in it. This team moves the ball well from side to side, but we used it quickly and did things right from the beginning. After getting it we tried to hold it. It was a complete game. Now we must move on.”
