Pakistani American Faisal shahzad, who is involved in the Times Square bomb fixation event, is indicted by the federal grand jury.  He has been indicted for bombing attempts on ten counts and on the act of inciting the act of international terrorism.

Six out of ten charges that have been enforced on the terrorist mastermind carry a life time sentence. Two of the counts have a mandatory life sentence for which the convict can have no escape. This was confirmed by a statement of the department of justice of New York on Thursday.

As per the attorney general Eric Holder, the brain behind the attack on the soil of America was the Taliban and Faisal was used as a loyal instrument. The mastermind had received intense training on the explosive manufacturing from the Taliban wing of Afghanistan known as tehrik – e – Taliban.

The mastermind was arrested in connection with botched vehicle bomb that he planted in the Times Square but was not successful as far as the explosion was concerned. This happened on the first of May. He was arrested later while trying to flee to Pakistan from the john f Kennedy international airport.

As per the top counter terrorism professionals, the mastermind also pondered attacks on Rockefeller Center, Grand Central Terminal and the World Financial Centre in New York City, as well as Connecticut helicopter manufacturer Sikorsky .

In one of the major victory of the Indian army against the foreign militia that is operating in the valley of Kashmir, one of the dreaded militant was killed in a fierce encounter with the army personnel in the sopore area of baramula district in the belt of north Kashmir.

The operation was launched by the key branch of the Indian security forces called the 47 Rashtriya Rifles and Special Operations Group (SOG) of the local police. The anti militant operation started in the evening in the zaloora village of the sopore area. The operation started when clear cut information of the hideouts was received by the security forces, about the presence of the ultras in the region.

As the Indian army approached the hideout, the militants started an indiscriminate gun firing. This was retaliated by the Indian troops and thus the fierce gun battle started. Apart from the death of the militant of LET, one jawan of the Indian army sustained bullet injuries.

The details of the slain militant have however not been disclosed so far completely. There was another encounter on the sidelines; it was in the Doorsoo village in Sogam area of Kupwara district. However, in this operation, the militants managed to escape in the garb of darkness and taking the advantage of the dense forests.

As per the intense and confidential reports, David colman Hadley’s days are numbered now. Indian authorities have succeeded to achieve an access to the suspected culprit responsible for the Mumbai carnage. As per the Saturday reports, he will be put to a serious questionnaire now.

Hadley is presently under the custody of the FBI. The US has not imposed any term, condition or agreement to have an access to the suspected mastermind. All the obstacles that came in the path of the path of metting arrangement between the suspected culprit and the Indian authorities have been cleared with in a recent meet of solicitor general of India gopal Subramanian and the attorney general of US Eric holder.

In the recent meeting of PM of India, Dr Manmohan singh with the president of the US, barrack Obama, the president had made a clear promise that Indian authorities will have complete access to david Hadley.

David Hadley was already put on a trial in the US. He himself confessed his role in the Mumbai carnage primarily to escape the execution.

The chief of the air force PV naik said that the airforce of the nation has the capability to conduct the strikes with extreme precision. The chief however said that in case a 250 kg bomb is dropped at a particular place, it can have an impact upto the radius of 800 km and can affect the local life in that particular region.

During the last week, the home secretary gopal pilla ruled out any air strike against the naxals. He said that it is better if we manage without the use of air force. He further said that we need to unfold the key strategies so that we can manage without air power. He further added that the air power will be used for mobility and evacuation of the troops.

In one of the deadliest attacks on CRPF in Chhattisgarh, the DGP of the state said that the government will operate certain strategic strikes to curb the naxals. These strikes will be based on the data provided by the intelligence. There is no single dimensional operation, he added.
