Good News For People Suffering From Sleep Deprivation

Deprivation

After much buzz about ill-effects of sleep deprivation, finally this news can bring smile on some faces!

A research study conducted at Colorado’s Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory stated that if a person loses one night’s sleep, he/she burns 135 calories.

So, if you are not able to sleep properly, you have at least one reason to be happy…you will lose weight. However, it does not mean that you should reduce weight by depriving your night’s rest. The study only aims to emphasize that more energy is stored when we sleep. It, not at all, recommends sleep deprivation as a way to put off weight.

If you really want to stay fit, sound sleep coupled with a healthy routine is the best way. So, adopt the right way and enjoy your life.
