Indian Defense Minister Krishna Pleads To China For A Clear Support For A Seat In The UN Permanent Security Council

In a thundering speech in the Chinese institute of international studies in Beijing, the external affairs minister of India SM Krishna pleaded china to rethink its total opposition on India’s bid for a permanent seat in the UN Security Council. He further expected a sincere cooperation from china as far as the cross border terrorism from Pakistan is concerned. Mr. Krishna further pleaded china in his speech to review all the previous held positions related to UN reforms and selflessly back India because of the fact that china and India have many things in common. The minister was addressing a group of scholars in the institute, a think tank affiliated to the Chinese government.

NewsIn response to the speech of SM Krishna, the Chinese foreign ministry spokesmen responded by saying that the relevant parties will hold the discussions and reach a certain level of conscious on this issue.
