World’s second major mobile manufacturer company Samsung officially announced its Galaxy Tab at IFA this year, and the expected specifications are true. The Galaxy Tab will burn the ground of tablets and it would become a big rival for Apple iPod. It has 7 inch touch screen WSVGA display and it uses Android 2.2 (Froyo).
The new Galaxy Tab is a fully functioning phone means you can use it to receive and make calls and also able to make and receive video calls in addition SMS, MMS and email too.
It has two cameras one at front and second at rear, the Galaxy offers 3 MP camera on rear side for taking photo and a VGA camera on front for video calls. It also features number of Google services including Google Places, Google Goggles and Google Navigation and it also has built in GPS.
The Galaxy will be available in two sizes one with 16 GB of inbuilt storage and second one with 32 GB inbuilt storage capacity, till now the price of Galaxy Tab not declared but it expected around $ 200 to 300.
